High Throughput Screening, Drug Discovery Expertise: assay development, automation

The G-INCPM is a national technology center for advanced methodology and analytics. Dedicated platforms for genomics (sequencing), proteomics (targeted and profiling), bioinformatics (sequencing data and software development), drug discovery (small molecule screening, medicinal chemistry, cheminformatics) are integrated under one roof. The national nodes of Elixir (bioinformatics) and EU-Open screen (drug discovery) are located in G-INCPM.

Role in the network:

Small molecule discovery of chemical probes for novel biology by providing platforms for compound screening and hit triage with industry-level medicinal chemistry.
